My story
Meet Nadia Axiotakis
I'm Nadia Axiotakis, and I've spent 20 years as an accountant at a Massachusetts CPA firm. I prepare financial statements and tax returns for partnerships, corporations, multi-member LLCs, and sole proprietors. I also set up books for new companies and supervise staff accountants. Earlier in my career I worked as an in-house accountant and bookkeeper, running month-end and year-end closes, reconciliations, payables, and receivables.
That means I know exactly what tax professionals need from a client's books. I've seen what happens when a set of books arrives at a CPA's desk with unreconciled accounts, mystery balances, and a year's worth of “ask my accountant” transactions, and how much it costs the business owner in fees, delays, and stress.
Clear Sailing Accounting exists to prevent that. I provide monthly bookkeeping, cleanup, and catch-up services in QuickBooks Online, or in whatever bookkeeping platform you already use, for small businesses — remotely wherever you are, and on-site throughout New England and Northern Massachusetts — with one goal: books that are accurate every month and tax-ready every year.
I'm not just selling bookkeeping. I'm delivering a complete process — bookkeeping → financial statements → year-end cleanup → CPA handoff — so you and your tax preparer both start the year with confidence.
I hold an MBA/GDPA with a concentration in accounting from Suffolk University in Boston and a Master of Education from Ternopil University. I speak English, Ukrainian, and Greek.
